Real Estate Development Marketing

I have an extensive history in commanding the marketing of many real estate developments projects. 

These projects include  this specialties in naming and branding, marketing material design and production, creation and/or direction Of all marketing assets, advertising (both digital and print), sales center concept design and execution, along with working with architectural staff to complete buyer floor plan sell sheets.


Web and App Development

I have aided many clients with their online and app programs.  These are some examples of work done for one which include landing pages supporting particular programs or products, app Wire frames to aid in user experience and overall design and also insure that brand guidelines were followed, a very complex online product selection tool working with their engineering staff and the developer. (For this project I came up with an interactive PDF that gave the Sr. Management and other project owners a very realistic overview how the site would function as well as defining the user experience.)

I also designed an industry specific app intended to educate young engineers and to introduce them to the client’s technology.

Retail Sales Pathways and Toutorials

I helped create and explain the retail sales process for a client and some of their major customer partners.  This type of work involved me totally understanding the sales process specific to a value-added product (upselling to this product line increased profits for the retailer), design of presentations to customer partner for buy-in, design and creation of in-store sales POP Items, instruction sheets for staff training and implementation, and some on-line district, area, and store specfic sales reports to track progress. 


Social and Facebook Contest

I was tasked with helping a client launch a contest utilizing Facebook.  This involved me coming up with a fun theme and also exploring, on the fly, how best to launch the program.  I quickly researched and utilized a software option called Shortstack to get the contest in place and operational to the client’s criteria.  

Following my evolutionary philosophy on design, at the last minute the concept was also extended to an employee version of the contest to take advantage of the excitement.

Conceptulization and Presentation

I use my illustration skills as a story teller to put together clear, informative and striking presentation decks to win clients and projects.   Deck creation range from marketing direction reviews and evaluations through new direction pitches.

These skills also come in play when working out concepts and creating project direction.  They are fast and effective in defining where I feel a project needs to go, which helps all owners on the vision.
